    Investigate

    Providing training course on the application of advanced microscopes including

    laser scanning microscope (LSM), 

    spinning disc microscope (SD),

    total internal reflection fluorescence microscope (TIRF), live cell imaging,

    super resolution microscope (AiryScan, STED), fluorescence lifetime imaging microscope (FLIM),

    laser dissection microscope (LDM),

    multiphoton application (MP), and

    high content screen (HCS).

    Image Analysis

    Quantification and Visualization

    1. Providing training course of image analysis packages

    including Fiji, MetaMorph, Imaris, Amra, Zen, LASX

    and AxioVision.

    2. Image and data analysis automation.
    3. Design and compile customized scripts for specific application of image analysis with Fiji, MetaMorph and Amira.
    4. Design and compile customized scripts for the associated data analysis with Python, VBA and KNIME.
